Erica Roberts received her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science and her Master’s of Science degree in Management, both from Duquesne University. Currently, she works for the University of Pittsburgh as the Program Manager for the Justice Scholars Institute.
She is responsible for overseeing the program development and implementation. In her prior role she worked for the Pittsburgh Public School District as the Community Schools SIte Manager at Uprep/Milliones in the Hill District. She worked to create partnerships with organizations to bring in resources, supports, opportunities and enrichment for students.
Erica has worked in education for over 12 years. She has worked in the public, private, and charter sectors of education.
